Dabaju was launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the goal of helping people raise their spirits and show their true appreciation to their loved ones. We wanted to provide a modern and unique take to one of the world’s most beautiful gifts: Roses. Our arrangements make receiving roses a hassle-free and wonderful experience.


During these difficult times, it’s important to remind your loved ones how much they mean to you.

Both our small and large arrangements ship either via UPS, Fedex, or USPS depending on your location. All orders placed before 1 pm will ship that same day.


We are proud to offer shipping to every address in the United States. All new orders are typically packaged and shipped through FedEx within 1-2 business days Monday – Friday after they are processed online. If you wish to have your order expedited, it must be placed before 10 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) in order for it to be shipped in a timely manner.


Your order will typically be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on the distance to the destination address. If you check the status of your order and see that your item(s) haven’t shipped yet, don’t worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we will not delay the shipping if it means we will miss the expected delivery date.


We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped so that you are able to track it as it is delivered to your shipping address.


Please order in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for any last-minute orders, especially during busy seasons/holidays. To avoid any possible delays or cancellations, please place orders in advance and carefully select the carrier and the time you wish for your products to arrive.

  • If your order needs to be expedited, then you will have the option of choosing an express shipping method for an additional charge during the checkout process.

  • Please be mindful that we DO NOT guarantee delivery dates and times on all orders shipped via our FedEx Ground service. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center and is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping courier(s) as this is out of our control. 

  • Please be mindful that we do not ship any orders on Sunday. Also, we do not accept orders that require shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO or U.S. territories.


  • Please make sure to verify your recipient’s delivery address and confirm that it has been entered accurately. If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can make the corrections, or else we will be unable to deliver your package and your recipient will be disappointed by a delayed delivery.

  • In the case of identity verification or shipping address clarification, some orders may require additional processing time.

  • While most orders are typically delivered within the specified time frames, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and there could be slight delays during transit. 

  • Please note that while it is uncommon, our shipping couriers may deliver a package earlier than the expected delivery date.  

Return Policy

All of our preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted and made to order, therefore our arrangements and products are not eligible for returns. All sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued. 


We are able to cancel orders if you contact us within a 24-hour period. However, if you contact us too late, or your order is already in progress, then we will not be able to cancel your order. Only damaged products will be offered exchange. In the event the product arrangement is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours via email at dabajugifts@gmail.com, otherwise, we may not be able to process your problem immediately and effectively. Please keep the goods in their original packaging material and box (outside & inside) and accessories for inspection and replacement.


We do NOT take responsibility of arrangements being delivered to other locations such as (hotels, restaurants, recipient’s work location etc) other than recipient’s home due to customer’s requests. We also do not take responsibility on how customers handle the arrangement after it’s been delivered.
