Return Policy

All of our preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted and made to order, therefore our arrangements and products are not eligible for returns. All sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued. 


We are able to cancel orders if you contact us within a 24-hour period. However, if you contact us too late, or your order is already in progress, then we will not be able to cancel your order. Only damaged products will be offered exchange. In the event the product arrangement is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours via email at, otherwise, we may not be able to process your problem immediately and effectively. Please keep the goods in their original packaging material and box (outside & inside) and accessories for inspection and replacement.


We do NOT take responsibility of arrangements being delivered to other locations such as (hotels, restaurants, recipient’s work location etc) other than recipient’s home due to customer’s requests. We also do not take responsibility on how customers handle the arrangement after it’s been delivered.
